Unless an item is out of stock or special order, I will
ship within 3 days of receiving the order. You will be notified in the
case of a out of stock condition with an estimated shipping date. I'm
the sole manufacturer of these products and while I only list what I
have on hand or can make quickly, unexpected sales volume may put me
behind from time to time. I will refund your order if you cannot wait
for a backorder.
Most of my items include the cost of shipping with the
U.S., and those will be designated as such on web page. Some of my
heavier items, such as hammocks, will have shipping added during your
checkout. If you purchase multiple items and the actual shipping
cost is less than what it costs me to ship it to you, I will refund the
difference. I personally dread shipping costs and won't pass those
along to you if I can help it.
If you live overseas, there may be some additional
charges for shipping that I will calculate when I receive your order.
My site is set up to take Paypal, as that seems to be
the easiest way for most people these days. If you wish to
purchase through a check or money order, simply contact me to arrange
it. If you pay by personal check, your check will need to clear
before I will ship your order.
